Team Dynamites Adds Strength Training Expert to Staff !!!

Team Dynamites would like to welcome Jihad Wilson, personal trainer, to the team program coaching staff. Jihad has been added to our already superb coaching team as the lead strength, rehabilitation, and injury prevention coach. Jihad brings many years of experience as a personal trainer and strength coach for both youth and adults. With many certifications, Team Dynamites is embarking on a higher level of professional gymnastics and strength development as they train and prepare for the 2008-2009 season!
